Paralegal

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Specialist to manage contract renewals and maintain accurate contract tracking processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely renewals, mitigate risks, and support effective contract lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee and coordinate all aspects of contract renewals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. + Maintain and update a centralized contract repository, tracking key contract milestones, expiration dates, renewal terms, and obligations. + Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to proactively manage upcoming renewals or amendments. + Review contract terms and conditions to identify upcoming action items, risks, and requirements related to renewals. + Prepare, distribute, and obtain signatures on renewal documents as needed. + Collaborate with legal, procurement, sales, and finance teams to align contract renewals with company policies and objectives. + Generate regular reports on contract status, renewal timelines, and compliance metrics for management review. + Support audits by providing accurate and organized contract records and documentation. + Recommend and implement process improvements for contract tracking and renewal workflows.

Requirements Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, or related field, or equivalent experience. + 3+ years of relevant experience in contracts administration, management, or similar role required. + Demonstrated experience with contract lifecycle management systems and databases. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with electronic signature platforms.
