A long-established boutique law firm in the Marietta area is seeking an experienced Wills, Trusts & Estates Paralegal to support a senior attorney handling estate planning and probate matters.What:
This role will focus on wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, legal document preparation, and client communication support.When:

Marietta, Georgia — fully in-office position located near the courthouse district.Why:
The firm is seeking a dependable paralegal to provide continuity and support for a busy estate planning and probate practice.Office Environment:
Small, relationship-oriented boutique law firm with long-tenured employees, collaborative culture, and stable leadership.Salary:
$65,000 - $75,000 annually depending on experience.Position Overview:
The Wills, Trusts & Estates Paralegal will support a senior attorney with estate planning, probate administration, trusts, wills, and related legal matters while assisting with client communication and case management responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare wills, trusts, probate filings, deeds, and estate planning documents Assist with estate and probate administration matters Maintain communication with clients, courts, and outside parties Organize and manage legal files and case documentation Support attorneys with scheduling, filings, and case preparation Coordinate documentation for trust and estate transactionsQualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in wills, trusts, probate, or estate planning
- Ability to handle probate and estate matters with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience preparing legal documents and court filings
- Prior law firm experience preferred
- Paralegal certificate not required
- Degree not required
