The candidate will manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial, including client communications, negotiations, depositions, discovery, and court appearances. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience at a law firm, with a strong background in litigation support, including case preparation, discovery, trial support and client communication. Outgoing, dynamic personality, strong work ethic and attention to detail are desired traits in the candidate.
Job Type :
Full-time - Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
Ø Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case intake through trial Ø Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and other legal documents Ø Manage and organize case files, including medical records, accident reports, and other supporting documentation Ø Maintain litigation calendars and track deadlines for hearings, depositions, and court filings Ø Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel Ø Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and assist in trial preparation Ø Coordinate depositions, mediations, and expert witness meetings Ø Perform legal research and summarize depositions or other discovery for attorney review
Base Hourly Wage :
commensurate with experience

Minimum Qualifications :
Ø Minimum 2 years of paralegal litigation experience Ø Strong understanding of civil litigation processes Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office Ø Excellent organization skills with keen attention to detail Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills Ø Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently Ø Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Ø Client focused with a compassionate approach to personal injury representation Ø College degree or paralegal certification preferred
