JWL International Overview JWL International is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in active civil litigation matters in our Savannah, GA office. This role is fully in-office and requires hands-on experience with pleadings, discovery, and litigation case management. We are looking for a world-class professional who is committed to working on-site five days a week and delivering strong litigation support in a fast-paced legal environment.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in state and federal courts Manage and respond to discovery requests, including drafting responses and coordinating document production Maintain and track case deadlines, filings, and court requirements to ensure timely compliance Prepare materials for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial Organize and maintain case files, both digital and physical, for active litigation matters Coordinate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel on case-related matters Assist with e-filing and ensure proper formatting and submission of legal documents Support attorneys with day-to-day litigation workflow and case management Handle confidential legal documents and sensitive information with discretion Assist with billing support, document management, and general office coordination as needed Assist attorneys with drafting and responding to discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a law firm environment Hands-on experience with: pleadings discovery e-filing litigation case management Experience in civil litigation or personal injury strongly preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active cases and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with court e-filing systems (state and federal preferred) Must be based in or near Savannah, GA and able to work on-site
