Responsibilities Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail. Manage legal case files using document management systems, ensuring all records are accurate, organized, and easily accessible. Conduct thorough document review and proofreading to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with legal standards. Support processes through data entry, filing court documents electronically or physically, and maintaining case calendars. Perform administrative tasks including scheduling meetings with clients or witnesses, managing phone etiquette for client communication, and providing executive administrative support as needed. Qualifications Proven paralegal experience or equivalent legal administrative experience in a law office setting. Strong knowledge of various practice areas. Experience with document management systems. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence; strong proofreading abilities. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effective interviewing skills for client intake or witness interviews; professional phone etiquette. Familiarity with litigation procedures and case management practices.
