The Alumus Corporate Paralegal role supports the Legal Department on a wide range of corporate, regulatory, transactional, governance, entity management, contract review, risk management, claims, litigation and other related matters. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to serve clinical, operational, business, corporate and executive teams, in fast-paced and heavily regulated healthcare sectors.Qualifications:
Associate's, Bachelor's, or higher-level degree. 5+ years of legal services experience in a law firm or in-house legal department in relevant area(s). Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Significant healthcare and/or commercial contract review experience.Experience in United States healthcare regulatory frameworks. Understanding of healthcare legal and regulatory compliance frameworks. Detail oriented with the ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous time- sensitive projects. Ability to appropriately manage privileged and confidential information. Team-oriented collaborative approach to client service.
