Job Description

Are you a meticulous, highly structured professional who excels in a dynamic legal setting? Join our firm and become an integral part of our team, focusing on default services, creditor-rights, and real estate litigation. In this role, your efforts will directly impact case outcomes, client relations, and our overall administrative efficiency.
What You'll Do:
Pleading Preparation:
Draft, review, and formally file complaints, motions, proposed orders, and various legal documents.
Data Privacy Compliance:
Carefully review and redact Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI) to maintain strict confidentiality.
System & File Management:
Keep case files meticulously organized and regularly update both internal databases and client systems (such as Tempo, ICE, etc.).
Docketing & Scheduling:
Monitor crucial statutory deadlines, coordinate hearings and mediations, and optimize team workflows.
Professional Correspondence:
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, judicial staff, opposing counsel, and internal attorneys.
Policy Adherence:
Ensure all work aligns with firm protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specific client guidelines, and statutory regulations.
Attorney Support:
Deliver comprehensive administrative and litigation backing to counsel while maintaining top-tier quality control.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Experience:
2-4 years of dedicated experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, with a distinct preference for backgrounds in foreclosure or property litigation.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Core Competencies:
Superior organizational skills, a knack for multitasking, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Communication:
Refined written and verbal communication skills tailored for a professional environment.
Technical Savvy:
Highly proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal tech like Perfect Practice, ICE, or Tempo is highly advantageous.
Work Ethic:
A proactive, team-oriented mindset combined with a sharp eye for detail.
Adaptability:
The ability to stay focused and productive under tight, time-sensitive schedules.
