Tasks include:
  • Assisting attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions, land use and zoning issues.
  • Reviewing real estate sale and purchase agreements, closing documents, corporate and LLC documents.
  • Maintaining case files & legal research
  • Communicating with attorneys, clients, title companies as well as various county government employees.
