The ideal candidate will possess strong research and administrative skills, with experience in legal case management and document review. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic law office environment, providing essential administrative support to attorneys and clients alike. Duties File legal complaints and documents using e-file system. Manage legal documents through document management systems such as iManage and PCLaw, ensuring accurate filing, data entry, and organization. Draft, proofread, and review legal documents including contracts, pleadings, correspondence, and reports with precision. Support litigation processes through document review, case file organization, and coordination of discovery procedures. Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information for case development in various practice areas including personal injury and workers' compensation. Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling phone etiquette professionally, and maintaining organized files. Assist attorneys with project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal initiatives. Support the firm's compliance efforts by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tort law. Perform transcription services as needed for legal proceedings or client communications. Ensure timely document review and proofreading to maintain high-quality standards across all legal materials. Experience Paralegal experience or prior legal administrative experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with personal injury law. Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis. Experience with case management software like Clio. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed proofreading and document review accurately. Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client interaction experience. This position requires a proactive individual committed to supporting a busy legal team through exceptional organizational skills and comprehensive legal knowledge across multiple practice areas.

$21.01 - $28.92 per hour
