Our firm utilizes modern legal technology, including Cerenade , to ensure efficient case management and high-quality legal services. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Immigration Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting attorneys and clients through all stages of immigration cases. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced legal environment with meaningful responsibility and room for growth. Key Responsibilities Prepare, draft, and file immigration petitions and applications, including: Family-based petitions Adjustment of Status Naturalization (N-400) Employment-based petitions Other immigration matters as assigned Manage immigration cases using Cerenade , ensuring all data, documents, and deadlines are accurate and up to date Draft and review legal documents, correspondence, affidavits, and supporting materials with precision Conduct legal research as needed using tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis Maintain organized and complete case files within document and case management systems Communicate with clients to gather required documentation and provide case updates Assist attorneys with case preparation, including document review and case summaries Track deadlines and coordinate filings with USCIS and other agencies Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Maintain professional phone and email communication with clients and external parties Qualifications & Experience Proven paralegal experience , preferably in immigration law Strong familiarity with USCIS forms, procedures, and deadlines Experience using Cerenade or similar immigration case management systems (required or strongly preferred) Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems Bilingual (English/Arabic or Spanish) is a plus , but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within a respected immigration law firm Hands-on involvement in meaningful legal work How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your immigration law experience.
