THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work in a high-volume legal practice Ability to work independently and within a team Exceptional analytical and reasoning skills Knowledge of Workers' Compensation litigation in Missouri (required) and Illinois (preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE A PARALEGAL

Associate or Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate is required A minimum of one (1) year civil litigation experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with electronic document management systems is required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base pay range is $22.00 to $28.00 an hour. The pay offered will take into account several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, scoperesponsibilities of the role, qualifications/credentials, talent availability and specialization, as well as business needs. The range may be modified in the future.
