Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree in paralegal studies Experience in medical malpractice or personal injury 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal Paralegal certification preferred Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management software Key Responsibilities Strong interpersonal skills including ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys and co-workers Strong research, analytical, and investigative skills; ability to document and present findings in a clear and concise manner Make sound judgements, and flexibility/adaptability to prioritize, organize, manage, and complete time sensitive matters Strong written and oral communication, analytical and organizational skills Motivated and capable of working independently and in a collaborative environment Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information with care and sensitivity Ability to make sound decisions and exercise independent judgement and discretion with integrity and accountability Benefits Health Benefits PTO For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
