Dinsmore is seeking a Corporate Paralegal at our Indianapolis, IN location to support attorneys in our Business Acquisitions and Securities practice group. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and possess a desire to work as a member of a team. Responsibilities Manage the corporate records maintenance, new entity formation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance processes Handle UCC searches and filings, lien filings, and apostilles Provide mergers and acquisitions, and contract support Requirements Ability to perform high-quality billable work and record time in accordance with client/firm policy Ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to support multiple attorneys and teams in a large law firm setting Attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality Successful candidate will possess strong technical and database skills All candidates must have knowledge and experience with Secretary of State and UCC filings Document management experience College degree, ABA-approved paralegal certificate or experience equivalent 3+ years of paralegal experience Equal Opportunity Employer
