Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys across various practice areas, including workers' compensation litigation. Duties Assist with legal case management and document review to ensure accuracy and completeness Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence Manage case files and document management systems efficiently Support litigation processes through document organization and data entry Prepare reports and summaries for attorneys based on case findings Maintain organized files through effective filing systems and document management practices Provide administrative support including scheduling, phone etiquette, and organizational tasks Assist with project management tasks related to ongoing cases or legal initiatives Requirements Proven paralegal experience with familiarity in multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, landlord-tenant law, UCC law, and litigation support Experience with legal administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette Ability to perform administrative support functions such as executive administrative assistance when required Knowledge of legal procedures related to family law, securities law, tribal regulations, patent law, landlord-tenant issues, and other relevant fields is highly desirable High level of professionalism with attention to detail and confidentiality This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual eager to contribute to a reputable law office while expanding their expertise across diverse legal disciplines.
