Triplett & Carothers is seeking a client-focused Estate Planning Paralegal to join our established Louisville firm. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on personal interaction, stays organized under a busy caseload, and takes pride in exceptional client service. About the Firm Triplett & Carothers has served clients throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana since 1990. Our practice focuses on estate planning and probate, guiding individuals and families through complex matters with clarity, compassion, and confidence. About the Role This position centers on client relationships and communication. You'll be a key point of contact throughout the estate planning process: coordinating signing appointments, working with clients' other advisors, and making sure every client has a smooth, positive experience. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate and conduct signing appointments for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the estate planning process Communicate with financial advisors, wealth managers, accountants, and other professionals Schedule meetings and follow-ups, and keep client matters moving on schedule Track matter status and maintain organized, current client files Assist attorneys with document preparation, proofreading, and review Respond promptly to client inquiries with professionalism and warmth Requirements What We're Looking For Experience in a law firm, financial services, wealth management, banking, or another professional client-facing role (preferred) Paralegal certificate, associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to work effectively with clients, attorneys, and outside professionals A professional, compassionate, service-oriented approach Estate planning experience is a plus but not required—we're glad to train the right person Benefits Compensation & Benefits $48,000-$52,000 annually, commensurate with experience Flexible schedule—hybrid, with two days a week in our Louisville office Health insurance 401(k) plan A stable, supportive work environment The chance to build lasting client relationships and make a real impact Why Triplett & Carothers?
