Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Pre-Litigation Case Manager to support our personal injury team. This role involves managing client files, ensuring treatment progression, gathering documentation, and assisting in preparing demand packages for settlement. Duties Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the pre-litigation process. Coordinate and monitor client medical treatment. Collect and organize medical records, bills, and other documentation. Assist attorneys in preparing demand packages. Communicate with insurance adjusters, providers, and clients regularly. Maintain accurate and updated case information in the case management system. Experience Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with personal injury law is advantageous. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
