Responsibilities:

Assist the attorney in providing comprehensive support throughout the entirety of the case, including maintaining the attorney's calendar Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases, address their concerns, and ensure they receive excellent customer service Review and organize medical records Assist in preparing legal correspondence, including pleadings, motions, and discovery. Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining documentation using our case management system

Qualifications:

Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills Strong oral and written communication skills 3 years of experience in legal services under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference You must be reliable and trustworthy Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude!
