This is not a paper-pushing role. We are building a digitally native legal team and need a professional who treats AI tools, legal tech platforms, and process automation as first instincts, not afterthoughts. If you automate before you delegate, you may be exactly who we are looking for. Mandatory AI Requirement Demonstrated proficiency in AI-assisted legal work is required for this role. Candidates must be able to show real examples of how they have used AI tools to improve speed, accuracy, or output quality in a legal or professional setting. Enthusiasm without evidence will not be considered.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Use AI legal research and drafting tools (such as Harvey, Co-Counsel, Lexis AI, or Westlaw Precision) to accelerate case work and intake review Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, demand letters, and correspondence with AI-assisted review workflows Manage and maintain electronic case files, databases, and document management systems with consistent accuracy Build and maintain tracking tools, intake dashboards, and litigation status reports using platforms such as Filevine, Clio, or equivalent Identify and propose workflow improvements by leveraging automation, AI summaries, and integrated legal tech solutions Coordinate court deadlines, depositions, and case schedules using digital calendaring and docketing systems Liaise with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel with professionalism and digital fluency Support mass tort/personal injury intake processing, medical record review, and settlement documentation at scale Qualifications Strong foundation in Law and experience in Legal Document Preparation Proficiency in Research and Document Review Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal correspondence Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail Proficiency in legal software and standard office applications Paralegal certification or relevant formal education is preferred Prior experience in a law firm setting is an advantage Minimum 3 years of paralegal experience in litigation, personal injury, or mass tort settings Active, hands-on use of at least one AI legal tool in a professional context; portfolio or work examples required at time of application Fluency in case management software, e-filing systems, and cloud-based document platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage high-volume caseloads independently Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using technology Familiarity with medical record review, insurance documentation, and litigation timelines in personal injury or mass tort matters Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
