This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys client communication, case organization, and hands-on petition preparation.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, organize, and maintain immigration petitions and supporting documentation Assist with K-1 fiancé visa and H-1B filings from intake through submission Gather client, employer, and beneficiary documents needed for petitions Draft immigration forms, cover letters, and client correspondence for attorney review Track deadlines, case status updates, notices, and follow-up items Communicate with clients, employers, beneficiaries, and government agencies as needed Maintain accurate case files and ensure documentation is complete and consistent Assist attorneys with RFEs, case updates, and ongoing immigration matter management
Qualifications:
Prior immigration paralegal experience required Hands-on experience with K-1 and/or H-1B matters strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and document-heavy matters Professional written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working directly with clients and sensitive personal information Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative legal team Experience with immigration forms, filings, and case management systems preferred #IND2
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
