Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our plaintiff-side personal injury law firm. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can independently manage litigation files from suit through resolution. Requirements Minimum of current 5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of litigation procedures from filing through trial preparation Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and correspondence Ability to manage deadlines, court filings, and case calendars Experience coordinating depositions, mediations, and hearings Familiarity with medical records, medical summaries, and damages documentation Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications Experience with case management software (Clio) Trial preparation experience Experience working directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Responsibilities Manage litigation files from inception through settlement or trial; some commercial pre-litigation duties may be required Draft and file pleadings, discovery responses, and motions Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules Coordinate depositions, mediations, and hearings Communicate with clients regarding case status Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Serious applicants only. $47,574.91 - $57,294.51 per year
