Job Description

Legal Assistant - Central Shreveport (Line Ave Area) $15-$18/Hour DOE | Monday-Friday | No Benefits We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant with 1-3 years of legal office experience to join a busy and professional firm in Central Shreveport.
Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain legal files with accuracy and organization Request medical records and additional documents from third parties Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-up on all case activity Manage multiple calendars for attorneys and case files Maintain consistent communication with clients and vendors as needed Support attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks
Qualifications:
1-3 years of legal office experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively Experience requesting records and coordinating with third parties Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional communication skills and dependable work ethic
