Legal Assistant- Paralegal (Shreveport)

Dudley DeBosier Personal Injury Law Firm, is currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing clients with high-quality legal representation while exceeding their client service expectations. We are a large organization; you must enjoy working in a fast-moving, energetic, and rapidly evolving environment. Essential Job Functions Daily communication via phone, email, and in-person. Conduct case research. Request and maintain supporting documents. Review, upload, and process correspondence through our case management software. Schedule and maintain the Attorneys calendar. Schedule and participate in client meetings. Prepare demands, answer discovery, and draft pleadings. Write medical record summaries and maintain billing accuracy. Job Qualifications An associate degree or combination of education and experience; preferred bachelors degree. 1 to 3 years experience working as a legal assistant or paralegal; preferred in Personal Injury Litigation. Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Must be able to understand and interpret legal documents.
