Paralegal

We're seeking an experienced Paralegal to support corporate transactions and complex commercial agreements in a business-focused, non-litigation environment. Responsibilities Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, data rooms, and closings Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor and partnership contracts) Assist with contract negotiations, redlines, and approvals Maintain contract repositories, closing binders, and key documentation Support corporate governance and entity management activities Partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to meet deal timelines Qualifications Bachelor's degree 8+ years of paralegal experience in M&A, corporate, or commercial contracts Strong understanding of business transactions and contract structures Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deals Excellent communication skills and discretion in a confidential environment Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
