This position supports attorneys, paralegals, and staff with daily administrative and organizational needs and offers the opportunity to grow with the firm over time. This is a full-time, in‑office role suited for someone who values structure, responsibility, and being an integral part of a team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and staff Answer phones and handle client communications professionally Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointments Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence and documents Maintain files and assist with basic office operations (esp. daily scanning/saving/distribution of mail) Support general office workflow and administrative processes Prerequisites Prior administrative, office, or professional support experience strongly recommended Superb organizational and task/shifting skills and attention to detail Clear, professional written and verbal communication Comfort working in a structured, in‑office setting Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel and ability to work in an online/cloud environment Law firm experience is a plus, but not required
