In this role, you will make a direct impact in your community by helping individuals navigate critical immigration services.
Job Title:
Immigration Legal Services Paralegal/Administrative Assistant Hourly Wage:
$25-$30
Hours:
10-20 per week

Paralegal/Administrative Assistant:
  • Manage client intake, calls, scheduling, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain and update case records, deadlines, and documentation in internal systems
  • Prepare and organize immigration applications and supporting materials
  • Coordinate USCIS appointments and assist with client navigation needs
  • Provide referrals to internal and external community resources
  • Support administrative tasks including file management, scheduling, and reporting
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in administrative, customer service, or case coordination roles
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to manage high-volume workloads
