Job Description

Join a Leading Real Estate Law Firm as Our Next Residential Real Estate Paralegal! Are you a skilled, detail-driven real estate paralegal looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are a well-respected, industry-trusted law firm that handles residential real estate closings exclusively , and we're looking for an experienced Residential Real Estate Processing Paralegal to join our team! What You'll Do:
As a key member of our closing team, you will work closely with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and real estate agents to ensure seamless, timely, and stress-free closings.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing buyer and seller purchase and sale contract files Preparing and reviewing purchase agreements, deeds, mortgages, title commitments, Closing Disclosures, and HUD-1 settlement statements Coordinating and scheduling real estate closings with all involved parties Conducting and analyzing title and survey reviews; identifying and resolving title issues Communicating with clients and third parties to collect documentation and resolve outstanding matters Monitoring deadlines and managing transaction timelines from contract to post-closing Ensuring all closing documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with state and local regulations Working with closing/title software such as Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest, or similar platforms Maintaining organized files throughout and after the closing process Drafting and filing post-closing documents, including releases and final settlement packages Serving as a Notary Public when needed
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in residential real estate closings or a related legal field Strong understanding of real estate laws, title insurance, and closing procedures Proven ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume workflow Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills A professional, client-first demeanor If you do not meet the above qualifications, please do not submit your résumé.
