Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support in estate planning and asset protection matters, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with trademark-related legal tasks, including documentation and research.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including client intake and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate court filings and ensure compliance with deadlines and legal procedures.
- Perform e-filing tasks for civil litigation cases and maintain detailed records.
- Oversee calendar management for attorneys, ensuring timely coordination of meetings and court appearances.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date legal files, both physical and digital.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address inquiries and provide updates.
- Support the team in administrative duties, including document preparation and filing.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive legal information. Requirements
- Proven experience in estate planning, asset protection, and trademark matters.
- Proficiency in e-filing and managing court filings for civil litigation.
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in calendar management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks, including client intake and front desk duties.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Detail-oriented approach to managing legal files and documentation.
- Experience in a fast-paced legal environment is preferred.
