Job Description

This growing legal team is seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal who brings professionalism, a can-do attitude, and a team-first mindset to every interaction. This is a great opportunity for someone with legal experience who is eager to continue building a career in the legal field. We're looking for someone who is organized, adaptable, eager to learn, and genuinely enjoys helping clients through important moments. This is a full-time permanent opportunity located onsite in Springfield, MA. Pay ranges from $20.00-$25.00/hour depending on experience. Benefits include bonus opportunities, paid holidays, PTO, health insurance coverage, HSA, 401(k), and employer-paid garage parking.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally via phone, Zoom, and in person Answer and manage a multi-line phone system Schedule appointments and review databases for potential conflicts of interest Conduct client intakes Maintain detailed and accurate records within a cloud-based case management system Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Think on your feet and remain flexible when priorities shift Quickly learn new laws, procedures, and internal processes Follow policies, procedures, and instructions with accuracy and professionalism Collaborate as part of a respectful, high-performing team
Qualifications:
Some legal experience is required Undergraduate degree required Professional, positive, and dependable attitude Strong desire to learn and grow within the legal field Passion for helping others and providing excellent client service Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged, but not required This role is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while growing a long-term career in the legal industry.
