Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Real Estate Paralegals that are interested in joining a boutique firm with a sophisticated commercial real estate practice should reach out today. This is for a firm that has been around for more than 50 years and has amazing clients.

Background:
- 3+ years of experience with commercial real estate transactions
- Obtaining, preparing and/or filing documents, certificates, statements, amendments and forms
- Forming limited liability companies and other entities
- Preparing and tracking closing checklists from letter of intent through completion of closing binders for commercial loans and acquisitions/dispositions
- Review due diligence materials
