Job Description

Fast-paced Easton law firm seeks highly motivated and detail-oriented Estates & Trusts Paralegal with excellent communication and organizational skills. This role encompasses all aspects of the probate process, including drafting petitions, assisting with the valuation and transfer of assets, drafting administration accounts and estate tax returns, with extensive client and third-party engagement. The ideal candidate will have eight to twelve years of experience in estate and trust administration. Minimum education of associate's degree or paralegal certificate required. Comparable experience may be substituted for this education requirement. Full benefits; salary commensurate with experience. All inquiries will be confidential.
