Legal Administrative Assistant Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Birmingham, MI Job Details Up to $65,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Closing coordination Document preparation (loan closing) Court record maintenance Business travel arrangements Business support for legal executives Filing Legal document sorting and filing Mid-level Legal client correspondence writing Legal administrative experience Corporate law experience Coordination (loan closing) Managing real estate transactions Probate process support Phone call management Legal billing Estate planning Pleadings filing assistance Full Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant. •Experience in supporting corporate, real estate and/or estate planning is highly preferred•The LAA will provide legal secretarial and administrative support to assigned attorneys; Responsibilities include: preparing letters, memos, and other documentation, conflict checks for new clients, preparation of supporting documentation, preparing and filing probate pleadings and docketing dates into a central docketing system, making travel arrangements and preparing expense reimbursement documentation; answering phones for assigned attorneys; and entering attorney time. Assist attorneys in drafting and finalizing transaction documents and closing binders, liaise with clients, lenders, title companies and other parties involved to ensure timely closings.
