Key Responsibilities:
Case Management:
Assist attorneys with case preparation, including document management, legal research, and drafting pleadings.
Discovery:
Manage the discovery process, including electronic discovery, reviewing, and summarizing documents, and preparing discovery responses.
Trial Preparation:
Support trial preparation activities, such as organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and preparing trial binders.
Court Filings:
Handle electronic court filings and ensure compliance with local court rules and deadlines.
Client Communication:
Liaise with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and coordinate meetings and interviews.
Qualifications:
Education:
Paralegal certification or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a strong emphasis on trial preparation and case management.
Skills:
Proficient in legal research tools, MS Office Suite, and e-discovery platforms. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.
Benefits:
Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan. Pay Details:
