Job Description

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal We are a busy and growing plaintiff-side law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling Michigan personal injury cases, including provider claims, Personal Injury Protection (PIP), and Bodily Injury (BI) matters, and be comfortable managing litigation files from filing through settlement. Responsibilities Draft complaints, motions, and other litigation documents using firm templates Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation Prepare and respond to discovery requests Draft notices, correspondence, and other case-related documents E-file pleadings and court documents through MiFILE Manage case deadlines and litigation calendars Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and litigation documents Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel Assist with case management and settlement preparation Qualifications Prior experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal is required Working knowledge of Michigan No-Fault, PIP, provider, and BI litigation Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Proficiency with the MiFILE electronic filing system Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple active cases Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience Michigan No-Fault/PIP litigation Bodily Injury litigation Medical provider claims and collections Schedule Part time & Full-time positions available Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM/4:00 PM What We Offer Consistent weekday schedule with excellent work-life balance Supportive and collaborative work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity for long-term growth with an established law firm To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience handling Michigan personal injury, provider, PIP, and BI litigation matters.
