The following job responsibilities are not all-inclusive, flexibility and willingness to learn are a requirement of this position. The ideal candidate possesses a bachelor's degree in paralegal studies from an accredited college, but it is not a requirement, and we will consider all qualified candidates with flexibility regarding educational background and experience.

Paralegal Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and summarizing medical records and other file materials
• Preparing memorandums, case assessments and subpoenas
• Prepare facilitation briefs and file summaries
• Drafting correspondence
• Aiding in discovery

Paralegal Skill Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize based on importance of task
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Can successfully manage multiple priorities
• Works well in a high volume fast paced work environment
• Proficient typing skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Team player with a positive attitude
