What You'll Do:
Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and other legal documents Manage complex attorney calendars and coordinate court dates, meetings, and deadlines Organize and maintain client files—physical and digital—with obsessive attention to detail Conduct legal research and assist with case prep, discovery, and trial support Serve as the point of contact for clients, courts, and opposing counsel Handle correspondence, schedule management, and administrative tasks Assist with exhibit prep and trial notebooks for court appearances E-file with precision—you're proficient in M-filing Type quickly and accurately (65+ wpm preferred) Work as part of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering results
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in litigation support or legal secretary roles Familiarity with legal terminology and civil litigation procedures Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to juggle deadlines without dropping the ball Professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-first mindset Why Join Mike Morse Law Firm?
