The firm's primary practice is first and third automobile negligence claims. Responsibilities and Duties Maintain files in litigation, as well as maintaining schedules, docket management, client interaction, corresponding with defense attorneys, and duties commonly associated with said position including, but not limited to: E-Filing Draft Pleadings Case Evaluations Mediation and Facilitation Summaries Schedule Depositions, Bilingual candidates preferred, but not required. Qualifications and Skills A working knowledge of both first and third auto negligence is required. Familiarity will all e-filing systems is also a requirement. 3+ years of Litigation Experience Required. Work Remotely No Position is in-office with an 8-hour work day requirement
