Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trial Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role involves managing litigation personal injury cases, supporting litigation efforts, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will have prior legal experience working closely with lawyers, preparing cases, reviewing and assisting with all forms of discovery and preparing for trial. Prior trial assistance is preferred, as well as experience with joint final pretrial orders, jury instructions, verdict forms, coordinating trial witnesses and attending trial to assist counsel. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about helping injured individuals navigate the legal process. Key Responsibilities Gather, review and summarize discovery responses and client medical records Manage all aspects of attorney day to day trial logistics including witness preparation, trial pleadings, etc. Assist attorneys with discovery, litigation files and court preparation Draft legal documents and correspondence under attorney direction Review case files with supervising attorneys Maintain accurate internal databases and case records Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader Handle overall case management for litigation files. performs other related duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal Substantive trial experience Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a high-volume environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Excellent written and verbal communication skills Auto injury experience is a plus Paralegal certificate or formal legal training preferred Must be a self-starter, motivated and follow directions Why Join Us?
