This role is essential in supporting attorneys and ensuring smooth operations within the corporate practice group.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and edit legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings. Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for attorneys. Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with entity formation, compliance filings, and document retrieval. Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate workflow. Perform administrative tasks such as billing, time entry, and expense reporting.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in corporate law. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and legal terminology. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:

Pay Details:
