Job Description

Description Robert Half is looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join one of our clients on a long term contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Responsibilities:
  • Verify subcontractor insurance compliance and licensing requirements across multiple states.
  • Manage insurance renewals and oversee related administrative processes.
  • Review and revise standard construction contracts and agreements.
  • Handle routine legal tasks to help reduce the workload of in-house attorneys.
  • Organize and manage documentation for litigation, including subpoena coordination.
  • Provide support for paralegal team overflow and assist with high-priority legal tasks.
  • Evaluate and improve legal workflows, including the use of new tools and technologies.
  • Explore opportunities to bring outsourced legal tasks, such as licensing, back in-house.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and risk management standards. Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a legal or contracts-related role, preferably as a paralegal or in-house legal specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts administration, compliance, and legal documentation.
  • Proficiency in litigation support, including case management and trial preparation.
  • Familiarity with construction or real estate legal matters is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with case management software and legal workflow tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
