Probate/Estates Paralegal

What you'll do: Preparing inventories, accountings, and other estate related paperwork and assisting with preparation of Estate Tax Returns. Assisting attorneys with drafting and filing of probate court documents. Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions. Assisting with Guardianship and Conservatorship filings Help keep cases organized and moving forward. General administrative support as needed. What we're looking for: Experience with probate or estate administration, or general law firm experience, preferred, but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines Good communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor. General computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Comfortable working in a small office environment.

Compensation:
