Job Description
Do you have hands-on experience supporting litigation matters from start to finish? Are you detail-driven and comfortable managing court filings, deadlines, and legal documentation? This full-time Litigation (Real Estate) Paralegal role supports a growing legal team focused on complex civil and property-related disputes. The position partners closely with attorneys to keep cases organized, compliant, and moving forward efficiently. Ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys ownership of case workflows, and is confident working within court systems and filing requirements.

100% On-Site•Plymouth, MN Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Work environment: Professional office settingCompensation:
$33/hr. To $45/hr., depending on experience levelBenefits:

Manage litigation files, ensuring accurate organization and document control Track court deadlines, service dates, and key case milestones Prepare and format routine pleadings, motions, affidavits, and exhibits under attorney direction Coordinate electronic court filings and service of legal documents Assemble hearing and trial materials, including exhibits and binders Support real estate-related litigation through document preparation and recording submissions Maintain accurate time tracking and case documentation Collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve workflow efficiencyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Paralegal certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent legal experience 1-2+ years of prior experience supporting civil litigation matters Familiarity with court rules, filings, and litigation procedures Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management tools Professional communication skills and a high level of discretionAPPLY NOW!
