Job Description

Bilingual Paralegal (English / Spanish) Full-Time | Immigration Law | Minnesota Contreras Edin Law, PA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team. This position works closely with the lead attorneys and clients to support case preparation, document drafting, and case management. Our firm serves a diverse and predominantly Spanish-speaking community, and we are looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, and committed to helping clients navigate complex legal processes in fast paced environment. We are strong firm, with close ties to immigrant/refugee communities of Minnesota. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients to collect case information and documentation under attorney supervision; Draft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, letters, and forms using attorney templates; Prepare applications and supporting documentation for immigration agencies and EOIR courts; Assist with filings related to immigration, criminal, and family law matters in Minnesota; Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting evidence; Track deadlines, court dates, interviews, and follow-ups to ensure timely case progress; Maintain accurate records using the firm's case management system; Communicate with clients regarding case updates and document requests; Work closely with attorneys to ensure cases move forward efficiently Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (required); At least 2+ yrs of immigration law or related law experience; College coursework or experience in a legal office preferred; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to follow multi-step instructions with precision; Comfortable working with individuals from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds; Proficiency with Microsoft Word and general office software Work Environment This position works primarily in an office setting and requires regular use of computers, phones, and standard office equipment.
Schedule:
Full-time position /WFH available at firm.
Compensation:
$50,000-60,000 depending on experience and skills. Medical/Dental benefits
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
