Litigation Paralegal Assistant Location:
Bradshaw & Bryant, PLLC, Waite Park, MN Reports to: Paralegal / Attorneys Litigation Paralegal Assistant Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Litigation Paralegal Assistant to support our attorneys and paralegal team in a fast-paced law firm environment. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. This position plays a key role in supporting litigation matters by assisting with case management, document preparation, scheduling, client communication, and administrative support. The schedule is 8:30a - 5:00p, Monday through Friday, and in person, in office. Responsibilities Assist attorneys and paralegals with litigation case management Draft, proofread, and file legal documents and correspondence Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Schedule appointments, depositions, hearings, and mediations Track deadlines and maintain litigation calendars Request and organize discovery documents Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and document management Enter and maintain accurate information in the case management system Provide excellent client service and maintain confidentiality at all times Qualifications Prior legal, administrative, or litigation support experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications Experience in personal injury or civil litigation Familiarity with court filing procedures and litigation timelines Experience with CloudLex or similar case management softwareTo Apply:
