Job Description

To Apply for this Job Click Here Beacon Hill Legal is actively seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support a respected and growing law firm in the St. Louis area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to join a collaborative legal team and work on a wide range of corporate matters and transactions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with the preparation, review, and organization of corporate documents Support corporate transactions, including entity formations, mergers, acquisitions, and closings Conduct corporate research, including entity status, ownership structures, and due diligence Prepare and file UCC financing statements and perform related searches Interface with Secretary of State offices and other regulatory agencies Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to obtain and coordinate information Maintain corporate records and assist with compliance-related matters Provide general support on special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred Paralegal certificate strongly preferred Several years of experience supporting corporate or transactional legal work (law firm or in-house experience welcome)
Skills & Competencies:
Solid understanding of corporate legal principles and transactional processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and general legal technology tools
