Polsinelli seeks a candidate to immediately fill an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) in their St. Louis Office supporting attorneys in our Real Estate and Financial Services Department.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments Completing expense reports and budgeting Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings A broad variety of administrative tasks This role is 100% in-office.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience working in a law firm setting. Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team setting Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be comfortable acting as an assistant dealing with confidential matters SKILLS Excellent computer skills including: Word, Excel, Outlook, iManage, Carpe Diem, Elite, PowerPoint, and Internet searches Superior typing and word processing skills Have strong organizational skills and be a team player Outstanding oral and written communications skills Top-level customer service skills Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
