Main Duties include:
Day to Day management of client cases files Preparation of correspondence to clients & court personnel Preparation of demand letters Obtaining & organizing medical records Acquiring necessary documents from involved parties Assisting with drafting and preparing litigation documents Filing court documents via court filing systems (state & federal) Monitoring & calendaring court dates & deadlines Ability to independently produce accurate work-product under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
