Job Description

To Apply for this Job Click Here Beacon Hill Legal is working with a well-respected law firm to identify a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join its Business Litigation practice group. This role supports attorneys in complex litigation matters involving financial services issues, including FINRA, SEC, and other state regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary and/or lead paralegal on business litigation matters Assist with fact investigation and evidence development, including document collection, review, analysis, and production Prepare case summaries, reports, and filings for courts and regulatory agencies Organize and manage materials for depositions, motions, hearings, and trials, including exhibits Coordinate logistics for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and vendors Attend proceedings as needed and utilize trial presentation software Conduct factual and legal research, including client and witness interviews Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Track deadlines, maintain case calendars, and ensure compliance with court rules and regulations Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates Maintain case files, databases, chronologies, and production logs Assist with trial preparation and post-case file management, including records retention and file closure
Qualifications:
Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate required 3-5 years of litigation experience required Prior experience supporting financial services litigation strongly preferred Hands-on experience with e-discovery platforms and trial presentation software Solid understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, and court/agency rules Strong written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
