Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of the law, and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively. In this role, you will assist attorneys in all phases of cases from inception to resolution. Responsibilities Managing client files from intake/treatment through settlement Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding treatment progress and case status Requesting, reviewing, and organizing medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Communicating with medical providers and insurance companies as needed throughout the life of the case Preparing case summaries, medical chronologies, and demand-related documentation Assisting attorneys with case development and keeping files organized and progressing efficiently Monitoring case activity and ensuring all necessary documentation is received and updated timely Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information Qualifications Proven experience as a paralegal. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal research, document preparation, and case management software. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
