Preference towards real estate law, title, mortgage closings, Qualia software experience.

Responsibilities:

Draft legal documents Use Qualia software (training provided but prior experience is huge) Interpret title work Prepare loan files for closing Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, sellers, and real estate agents. Greet customers with a warm and welcome attitude.

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review Proficient in using document management systems such as Qualia Familiarity with legal administrative procedures and terminology Ability to transcribe legal documents Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues Knowledge of project management principles to ensure timely completion of tasks Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
