We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can independently manage residential purchase, sale, refinance, and new construction transactions in both North Carolina and South Carolina. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone with substantial residential real estate closing experience who is able to manage files from contract through post-closing with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Manage residential real estate files from contract to closing. Prepare and review closing documents. Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, builders, and title companies. Order and review title work. Prepare settlement statements and closing packages. Schedule closings and maintain closing calendars. Handle post-closing matters, including recording documents and lender packages. Ensure compliance with North Carolina and South Carolina closing requirements. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years of residential real estate closing experience required. Experience handling transactions in both North Carolina and South Carolina is strongly preferred. Experience with builder transactions is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle a high-volume caseload. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
